Pulses vs Tongue readings

I know that any Dx's found via tongue readings must be cross-verified via pulse

readings. Yet, because I have zero sensation in my fingers, it's not possible

for me to do pulse readings. Thus, I must rely solely on tongue readings. How

accurate are tongue readings?
