Guest guest
Hi, I have a 60 year old male patient that I have seen 5 times for dysphonia and dystonia with a 5+ year history. He has a lot of difficulty holding up his head, it bobs forward and he often has to hold it up with his hand. He has some stenosis of his lumbar and cervical spine. He also will close his eyes uncontrollably for about 3-5 seconds at a time, this, as you might well imgaine, is very disconcerting when he drives. His voice breaks and crackles intermittently when he speaks too. His doctors don't really have much answers for him and their only fix is to fuse his cervical vertebrae to keep his head upright. He said he would give me 6 treatments to start making a difference, and I don't think we have seen any change. We haven't started any herbal therapy but he might be interested. Any suggestions.
