I find that zhi mu cancause problems with weak spleen very easily. And what is rui ren yo?>>>>That is why the dose of zhi mu is so small. rui ren yo is a liver tonic which is used for liver yin/blood def. It improves vision and is easy to digest. Since I can not get it in poweder I often use Yu Zhu instead

I thought Yu Zhu was predominantly used for Lu +/or ST

yin xu and not as strong for Liver??? Do you find it

working clinically for Lr yin/blood def??

I presume then that info on this herb won't be found in any English MM,

I will try to get the characters and order some from the wholesalers.
