Naan Murgh Tandori (spices BBQ chicken leg) Gajal Halwa(nuts carrot Pudding) Reshma Kebab (yogurt BBQ Chicken) Dahi (fermented milk) Raita(onion tomato cucumber yogurt dressing) Keema Mutter (green beans lamb) Chicken peas Subzi samosa(triangle fried curry dumpling) Indian food use lots of yogurt and fruits to balance the hot or heat of the spices as well as Tomato cucumber¡K.) Does Middle East people eat or drink yogurt, too? If so, I think spices got other special function. Such as, increase the appetite ( people whom live in hot place has no good appetite because the weather is too hot; help digestion and open the pore of the body to excrete waste by sweat (People who lives in hot and dry places sweat less because the pore of the body are much closer then people who lives in wet (Tropical) place.
