I would like to provide another remind: Actually,any thing all got yin and yang,good and bad ,according to chinese philosophy.Event Tai-Chi Chang. People always think that Tai-chi Chang is soft and good for the people.As my understanding,Tai-chi chang also might got excercise injury.When people didn't pay attention to the posture,he/her might hurt the knee(the whole body weight all goes on one foot).So,the continite of the play is very important. Never push to hard to Learn Qi-kun and Tai-Chi chang. Steps by steps ,then your qi will increase day by day. We have variety of Qi-Kun.Both Soft Qi-Kun(meditation is one of this,as well as tai-Chi,Dao-in(dance type qi-Kun). Sometimes,soft Qi-kun can turn into Hard Qi-Kun.) (inner Qi-Kun). These are on the purpose for reforcement the body health,increase the inner Qi.But ,you have to practice it day by day in a not rush way.
