Another (possible) (NON-acute) H.C. reference from the SHL:

 

¡°At 7 or 8 days, although [there is] sudden vexation

& diarrhea, [which] occurs 10 or more times a day, it will spontaneously

cease, because the spleen domain is replete and putrid foulness should be

eliminated. Line 287

 

And in regard to time, I think it is generally accepted the

days mentioned throughout the sh¨¡ng h¨¢n l¨´n and n¨¨i j¨©ng have little to do with actual

clinical reality. They are not to be

taken literally.

 

Further commentary states, ¡°There is no need to treat

the diarrhea, since that is the route through which the evil is being expelled,

the diarrhea will stop spontaneously¡­¡±

 

So maybe healing crisis is not the proper term, but here is

a condition that is getting ¡®seemingly¡¯ worse before it

resolves¡­
