To my knowledge, no school has yet been approved to offer it, but it has been defined. Guest guest
>From what I know, there is not yet a designation on the degree (OMD offends the MD's!) I know that Emperor's College has applied to ACAOM to be approved for a doctoral program. I think they are looking at doing gynecology, orthopedics, and dermatology specialties, but don't quote me on that. Emperor's has some amazing teachers from China, so the issue of the doctoral degree being taught in the same way as the Master's probably isn't even an issue. Half of the program will be clinical. The minimum masters requirements are 2800 hours, so those of us who graduated will have to do more education before we can even start. So start taking classes at your local school if you are interested in the doctoral.
