I am still treating her, obviously it will take a while. I gave her the name you gave me, but she didn't follow it up. Anyway I am treating her with acupuncture and herbs. Last time she came over (3 days ago ) she said that there is much less pain, she is feeling more energy. As for the T12 that was tender, I used acupuncture on it, also because it fitted my strategy( tonify sp/st, and dry dampness )., I also used tuina therapy on that area. With the decrease of vuvar pain there was also almost a complete decrease in the T 12 tenderness ( interesting , no ?).

As for the herbs, I started off with a formula to tonify sp and dry dampness, it didn't give great results, so I focussed the formula more to the dampness, and blood and qi moving herbs, and herbs that enter the Liv( dan shen, dang gui, bai shao, bai zhu, fu ling , fu shou, xiang fu, yan hu suo, yin chen hao, long dan cao,).

She still has a thick coating which is very stuburn, and living a hectic student life which adds to it.

But......much better......

need help with case

 

hello group,

I need some help with a case of Bulemia.

The patient is a 36 zear old female with 2 kids.

She has bulemia attacks 3´or 4 times a week, in which she eats a lot, then throws up, and then hates her self.this has been going on for 6 years.As a child she was under sexuall abbuse.

her appetite is fine, she is a vegeterian and she works as a spiritual new age teacher....meditations, discover the love and light...etc,.

she suffers from severe PMS, especiallz with mood swings, and bloating. The period is earlz everz month , with lots of bleeding for 7 days.

In the past she had migrain, and some trouble with thyroid.Complains of lots of dreems, a lot of urine, some back pain and pain in the knee because of a past accident and surgery.Also some neck stiffness.

AS for mental feelings, ofcourse there is self hattred, lack of love, she says she feels like she wants to cry but cant, emptyness self discust and frustration..

I häve been treating her with acupuncture especially by tonifzing the spleen and regulating jue yin.There has been improvment. Last treatment (5th), she compained of bleeding hemroids, which after treatment completely disappeared. I used moxa on sp 1 , gv 20 and er bai. besides the other poinyts I use.

I want to prescribe her some herbs .ANY IDEAS ?

her tongue is pale thin with slight dry white coating, and a thin ST crack and slight toothmarks.

Her puls is thin and wiry
