Guest guest
Does anyone know a good external wash for lichen sclerosis of the vulvar? or how it is described in TCM? It appears to me not to be a Damp-Heat problem because there is no discharge, it is itchy dry and flaky. Is there a diagnosis of Dry-Heat in TCM? My patient is qi xu with some blood stagnation and Bi zhen [expressed as myalgia and haemachromatosis]. Internally I am treating her with a formula based on a combination Si jun zi tang and Shu jing huo xue tang which successfully addresses her tiredness and pain but has no impact on the sclerosis. Any advice welcomed. Thanks Sue Cochrane
