Hi All!

One of my patients suffers from constipation with epigastric pain and

frequent vomiting.

my diagnosis was

- Liver-Qi invading sp\st\intstines-> Retention of food-> St-heat

- Blood deficiency.

I have been suggest by my teacher to give here a variation of Si Mo

Tang:

Wu Yao 12g

Chen Xiang 10g

Bing Lang 10g

Zhi Shi 10g

Da Huang 8g

Dang Gui 10g

Yu Li Ren 15g

Hei Zhi Ma 10g

* we don't have Hou Ma Ren..

1.5g x 3, in pills

after taking it she suffers from sour regurgitations with the powders

taste.

I think its too hot for here, can Da huang and Zhi Shi make the formula

cool?

because they are the only cold herb in this formula (zhi shi-slightly

cold).

or can the regurgitations be from a different cause.

Thanks,

Danny Levin
