Go to Pubmed and do a keyword search:

'fatigue[AND]lactone' 'fatigue[AND]plant'

'narcolepsy[AND]lactone' etc.

 

What you will witness is something quite spooky,

reminiscent of Polanski's Fearless Vampire Hunter's

scene where the promenading couples approach the

mirror, and there's nothing there.

 

Scrutinize the lactone-plant sleep connection on my

website, and its affinities to the references I have

placed there, such as gamma-butyrolactone and

near-fatal reference that you will find when doing a

keyword search at Pubmed. The elusive, Kava kava is

there at ref. #9
