I believe Stephen's Ph.D. is available from inter-library loan, it is at the University of Exeter in the UK. The STandards for Reporting Interventions in Controlled Trials of Acupuncture (STRICTA) that came out of the group Stephen and others organizaed last summer might also be interesting to you, it is at: http://www.paradigm-pubs.com/paradigm/refs/STRICTA.htm Bob bob Paradigm Publications www.paradigm-pubs.com 44 Linden Street Robert L. Accompanying it are five other articles that summarize the work done and presented at the meeting last July at Exeter organized by Stephen Birch and his colleagues and co-sponsored by CAOM. Although it primarily focuses on acupuncture, much of the material is pertinent and all should be of interest to those involved in heral medicine. If anyone is interested in organizing other focused research meetings, contact me off list. Ken
