Dont make too many assumptions just because I may have a totally different conclusion of similar information. Sorry. I'd understood you to have said earlier that you didn't make all that much progress in your study of Chinese language and gave it up after a couple of years. I was indeed projecting based upon my own experience that having made relatively little in the way of inroads into the language you could not have tackled the fairly complicated and difficult chore of reading a medical classic. What Chinese medical classics have you read? And when you say conclusions, if you have only read these texts in translated, can you determine conclusions you make from those that are made for you by the translators? Guest guest
And when you say conclusions, if you haveonly read these texts in translated, canyou determine conclusions you make fromthose that are made for you by the translators >>>Well much of the none regularly published texts i learn by oral translation with a Chinese Dr friend that I have sponsored to the US. So yes I had to rely on his translations. If we are going to assume that only few people are able to translate "correctly"than what is the fuss about? Guest guest
There is a demarcation between a physician and a therapist. A therapist is a technician, one who specializes in one aspect of medicine, and concentrates on technique. There is nothing wrong with being a therapist, which can accomplish a great deal clinically, and doesn't require as much broad study of other areas. According to a Worker's Comp Labor Code Acupuncturist are included in the definition of physician, I am also giving these patients herbal medicinals, as herbs are very much a part of our scope of practice!
