Guest guest
Greetings all. I have a basic question for anyone. What is the long term prognosis for using acupuncture or herbs to repair nerve pain caused by surgery? I have a gentleman in that position who has severe nerve pain (caused during a surgery) which responds to acupuncture very well. (Won't do herbs) The results of deminished pain last for about 12 days and then return (we normally treat weekly in his case). I am, of course treating the underlying pattern based on differentiation as well, but ask whether nerves heal permanently if given an adequate amount of treatment? Or will each acupuncture session only provide temporary relief? Be honest now....
