It's always curious when modern science confirms ancient accounts, insights, and legends...or appears to. There have been similar confirmations on the part of contemporary astronomers of ancient Chinese astronomical observations, for example of an 11th century supernova, which Song star gazers described and recorded quite accurately. It's just amazing what one finds in old Chinese texts. Niels Bohr discovered yin1 yang2 theory and incorporated it into his famous theory of complementarity. He even placed the tai4 ji2 diagram in his family's coat of arms. Who knows what will be next? Ken
