Guest guest
I have been told that it is a breech of patient confidentiality to mention a patient's name to a group of interns, even if they have legal access to the patient's chart. While I believe we should not mention names in our clinics because another patient or some other layperson may overhear, I am having trouble understanding what breech has occurred when all involved parties are already privy to the information. If anyone has some thoughts on this, please email me directly at NOTE: the entire email address will not display in your email, but if you click on the partial address, you should be able to send a blind reply.
