Aaaah. Vindication is sweet. Members of the CHA have agreed

for almost three years that this so-called herbal product likely

contains drugs. Members of this group have thus known to

avoid this product. As far as I know, this issue has been

regularly debated. Our attention to this matter puts us ahead of

the curve. keep up the good work.

Anyone who is still stocking and prescribing chinese made

patents that have not been independently tested or were not

made under GMP rules, is walking in a legal minefield. those

cheapo chinese patents patients love may very well be

adulterated. as a profession, we should take an ethical stance

that such products have great potential for harm and those who

sell them are committing malpractice (even if they plead

ignorance). I have been aware of these issues since 1993, so

they are hardly new. Its time to fall in line with the evidence.
