Hi All, & Hi " tayfx " and " tony t " ,

I am compiling a database of TCM Herbs, Formulas & Syndromes. I

am starting with data from the WWW. Later, I will add data from the

textbooks.

I would appreciate it if TCM herbal experts on the list would alert me

to DIGITAL sources of herbal/formula data that are NOT listed on my

herblink page [ http://homepage.eircom.net/~progers/herblink.htm ].

Please take a look and feedback comments off-list.

" tayfx " and " tony t " , I saw your notes on wujiapi (xiangjiapi) on the

list. Great data. Where do you get YOUR TCM/Herb Data? Have you

DIGITAL files that you would swap for some of my stuff? If yes,

please contact me off-list.

Below is a composite of data from http://www.godshaer.co.uk/ and

Joe Hing Kwok Chu ( http://alternativehealing.org ), with data

from " tayfx " and " tony t " added. To make a table of this, cut and

paste the section below into MS Word and make a table, using the

hatch mark (#) as the field discriminator:

Ciwujia (See Renshen; See

Wujiapi)#Acanthopanacis/Eleutherococci senticosi

in making Wujiapi wine, whose long term use can kill. Toxic

reactions of “northern Wujiapi” wine include blindness, numbness in

limbs, vertigo, & headache; long term use may cause death; Caution

in Yin Xu & excessive Heat
