She has changed her priority in light of her mothers 2nd diagnosis of colon cancer to colon cancer prevention due to its hereditary nature and she has suffered from internal hemoroids and continues to as evidenced by occasional blood in the stool coinciding with heavy lifting or constipation. She is also on a regiment from her MD to treat heavy metals. She haas high Lead in her blood and is taking the following until July when she is tested again. Multiple, C-Estra, B-5, Oral Chelation, Lipoic Acid, Thyodex, Cholerest for 2 months. Other meds: Zoloft: 1/4 dose due to her " high sensitivity " to medications of all kinds. Career: Conserves paintings and architecture and is exposed to solvents etc. Does not always wear gloves and or mask. Sleep: wnl Emotions: " black moods " once per month. Zoloft has helped Energy: 2 years ago = exhaustion,. Went to endocrinologist = WNL Appetite: sometimes low but overall OK GI: some tuberous gas Diet:Balanced***open for suggestions for colon BM: 1 per day = formed Urination = WNL Menses: some pain before, little heavy, red blood, no clots, Circulation = WNL Other notes : Cholic as child Pulse: Qi: tight Blood: heat Organ: tense, slippery Rate : 70bpms Diaphragm: Left =yes, Right=NO Esophagus: tense, tight = patient reports tight St-9 area Spleen: Inflated Lower jiao: Left: tight Right: tight Lower body: Right :Absent?? Muffled?…fibroids removed Left: deep Tongue: Small body, Pale, slightly puffy, central crack to lung area where it stops and another crack starts and runs to the tip. Heart area: red spots..not too excesive Lower jiao : dry sticky coat..almost like antibiotics with Fur that runs into the central crack Formula 1: Complained too sour made stomach upset almost immediately. I focesd on the hair loss primarily. Liu Wei di huang wan + Gou ji zi He shou wu Tu si zi Ce bai ye Han lian cao Nu zhen zi Sang shen Gan cao This formula was in GRAULAR FORMULATION. I want to shift to focus more on the colon cancer prevention Thank you for your time and attention to this case. Kelly CASE 2: Patient 2: 65 yo female Cc: rt shoulder/neck pain Cc2:borderline high bp Morning: 159/95 Evening: 127/79 Cc3: short term memory fading All signs WNL except: Excessive urination..nunerous times per night Pulse: Qi: tense, tight Blood: heat?? Possibly thick Organ:tense, ropey, slow Upper: tense slippery Mid:slippery, yield, slow Lower: tight Left: slow, rolling? Right: tight, vibration Pc = present Middle jiao: left: borders= hard, easily discernable Middle: right: tight, inflated Spleen: tense, inflated pounding Lower jiao: left: deep tight Right: tight tense Lower body: right, left, muffled, slippery = full hysterectomy, fibroids removed Tongue: deeply carved scallops, deep central crack Ideas: massive sp qi def, blood heat or thick and the walls of the artery are hardening (see middle jiao) and narrowing reducing blood supply to the brain affecting memory. Is this " idea " part realistic or am I off the deep end crossing paradigms?? Herbs: Tian Ma gou teng yin jia jian? Acupuncture: weekly for 3 months? What do you all think?
