Guest guest
CHA- Any insights as why TNX has the pharmocological action of increasing the secretion of mucous is respiratory tract yet it considered one of the most drying herbs. My idea : that in regard to Phlegm in the channels it is one of the most drying, in regard to the chest, it is seen as drying and expelling phelgm, only because ancients only noticed that when they prescribed this herb much phelgm came up... Hence it being labeled to dry and expel phelgm. But in actuality it doesn't really dry the phlegm....??? -
