Guest guest
Hello All, Got a patient with restless leg syndrome. Female 58 years of age, thin rapid pulse, red tongue with a raw flesh appearance, thin yellowish fur. Some hot flashes here and there. No medications. It's not that her legs ceaselessly move at night, instead, she describes it as a sensation of tightness on the tendons and muscles of the lower leg which is alleviated by movement and stretching and at times she need to get up and walk. Needless to say her sleep is no good. I've had other patients describe this syndrome in other ways such as constant leg movement while sleeping. Any thoughts, articles, research, or tips? Thanks, ~Fernando
