Deficient spleen qi leads to sinking of the middle-qi, deficient kidney leaves the 'lower-origin' un-solid and thus influences the water -dampness transportation and bladder-qi-transformation mechanism is unsmooth and leads to building of stone pain gets better after massage legs and knees have no power pale tongue pulse deficient - I'd like to recommend Advanced Textbook on Traditional and Pharmacology Vol. III (Internal medicine) to get an insight on what TCM sees as 'Internal medicine'.
