Dear List members,

 

Responding to requests from some list members, I have uploaded Chapter 1 of

my masters minor thesis " Past Ways of Understanding traditional Chinese

medicine (TCM) with respect to Western Scientific medicine (WSM)'. It is

filed under the heading " connect " and consists of 12 pages in pdf file.

The original thesis title is " Connecting traditional Chinese medicine and

Western Scientific medicine " consists of :

Chapter 1 " Past Ways of Understanding traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)

with respect to Western Scientific medicine (WSM)'

Chapter2 The practice of TCM and Science as local

Chapter 3 Theory-As-Practice of TCM

Chapter 4 Developing a System of Evaluating TCM Practice

Bibliography

I completed the writing of the thesis and submitted on Dec. 19,l996

 

I would like to thank Jim Rumholz and Robert Hayden for their help/advise

in getting the chapter unto the CHA file in its current form .
