Dear Todd:

Great idea about the setup for those two research projects. I think you run

into lots of trouble with the premise of " X patients with the same diagnosis,

TCM "

Goes back to the interexaminer reliability studies on TCM diagnostic methods,

esp pulse.

You might do better with X patients with a western disease, since your

premise (that they all have the same disease) is easier to establish.

Then of course, it would be great to establish that of the X patients, Chi Dx

A was established N% of the time, B established P% of the time and C

established Q% of the time.

yeah. just let one group do TCM style and the other do as they

please and perhaps a third group just use a single plan for all

patients.
