Thinking about recent letters one can detect the need for a good course of Chinese medicine to also develop a awareness and comprehension of actual health and or approaches that will favour health in its entirety (including social?, mental-physical-spiritual), to be a goal-objective of the practioners and hers/his life experience.

By the sound of it the Ayverdic college seam to be ahead of Chinese medicine colleges in general with regard to the above aspect).

Not sure why but I think that another aspect interrelated is when is it a good idea to start attending clinic in a course?

How should it be done with regard to emphasising the interconnectedness and the interdependency of theoretical ideology and clinical reasoning - clinical practice (knowing that affect clinical decisions making)?

I suppose one could say it would possibly create an ambiance of a "problem - based" orientated approach and one advantage would be to see the verveness of Chinese medicine and if there are more then one practitioner-instructor one could appreciate idiosyncratically practices as well as delimit, creating a more realistic approach about styles of practices(based on theoretical ideological approach...)

Now the query is what do people that have more experience both teachers and students alike?

In a way its maybe a bit like saying having apprentice style of learning within a formal setting (formal in the sense that certain topics still needs to be covered with or with out experience related to the clinic; but more pertinent to different health infrastructures set ups)
