When i said that the signs and sx are unremarkable, that is the

point of my question.

Normal tongue at this point after a few tx, no sleep or sex drive

problems,no fatigue, appetite good,healthy shen, etc..

 

Liver pulse was wiry , but that resolved almost immediately with

acupuncture tx.

Last menses was slightly dark , with minimal clotting, but no pain or

PMS sx. Im considering the possibility of non-palpable masses, and I

am being conservative with the blood moving herbs.

It is as if there is very little pathological tcm presentation to

work with , except for the cheif complaint,and the thready pulses.

So I can support the kidneys based on the infertility ,and the

spleen based on the pulses, but it's a

question of an " apparently " very healthy patient with not much to

report. Which is why i ask

" how to treat biomedical disease " X " ? "

(the worst question to ask in TCM, I know..)

Perhaps my TCM dx skills need improvement,... thanks again
