After all the stimulating estim conversation, I would still like to be

guided to a company from which I can purchase a reasonably priced

($100-300) toy. Any leads (no pun)?

Is there a book which explains the effects of different kinds of estim and

the technical terms used in this thread? Very little was presented in

school. I would like to understand the electronics, because I have gotten

good clinical results whenever I have used it.

Yes - because certainly ma qian zi (sm strychni) has a different function in TCM where it arousees the spirit, courses the channels, resolves sweelings and controls pain. I know many are familiar with it's use for cancer.

Yes,

It was a favorite medicinal of Jia Kun, a TCM oncologist in China.

He used it in ping xiao dan, I believe one of his own prescriptions,

along with zhi ke, yu jin, wu ling zhi and xia ku cao. It is discussed

in his book " Diagnosis and Treatment of Carcinoma in . "

ITM has made a nontoxic version of this formula for about 15

years called chih-ko and curcuma (no ma qian zi or quan xie)
