Guest guest
Bob, In this month's Blue Boppy Online Journal your article on correlations between western lab values and TCM patterns you mentioned " except in the case of kidney yang vacuity, no single lab value has been proven to correlate with a single pattern". Which lab value is this? I am going to foward it to the instructors for PCOM's Cardiology module where they are trying to make some correlates between western science and TCM. Thanks for your work on this and all the other articles. Looking foward to meeting you at your Chicago seminar. Rich Blitstein
Guest guest
Rich, I don't remember the value off hand. I believe it is mentioned in Volker Scheid's in Contemporary China (Duke University Press). Unfortunately, that book is not indexed as completely as possible. After searching for 20 minutes, I still have not been able to find. Sorry.
