As part of educating my patients, I plan to explain the

pricing of my herbs and the comparison with standard

supplements etc. But couldn't the profession as a whole

come up with some agreement on what would constitute a

reasonable range of price for a certain product and have

that information posted as a public service, for example,

through the state acuouncture association, through the

NCCAOM website etc.

 

I would hate to loose the right to have my own pharmacy, as

I will only have one room to begin, and making up the px

will keep me busy while the needles are in. I don't want to

be pacing around, or conversely, sitting like a bump on a

log

 

Some people around here charge 30c/gram for the powders. Is

it much different where you are?
