Guest guest
I wonder just how big a problem this really is - meaning practitioners prescribing unnecessary herbs for the sake of profit. Personally, I have never heard of a case that involved a practitioner of . I have repeatedly seen it with nutritionists, live cell analysts and naturopaths - where patients leave with an expensive grocery bag full of products that don't help and cost a fortune. These practitioners have never done very well. As I said in a previous post, in our clinic, we have a self contained pharmacy that we don't profit from, but perhaps one reason we do this is because we can. I mean, I can make a good enough living without selling herbs. I believe we should trust each other to evaluate our own circumstances and comfort levels and then trust each other to decide how we run our clinics. We will hear about gross misrepresentations and overcharging. I just don't see it as a huge problem that needs to be handled. sharon
