dampheat eruptions with pregnant woman

Greetings,

 

I have a pregnant patient (quite healthy), who is having a severe outbreak of acne, starting at 2 mos. pregnant (she is now in her 25th week). It began around the base of her neck, then spread down the ren channel to her navel and along the Du/BL channels to about Du 13. THe eruptions are red pustules and only seem to be increasing in quantity. She has a slippery/wiry pulse, sl rapid with a pale purple, puffy tongue - sl white coating along the sides. She has not tried much as she is pregnant and her physician/dermatologist have not been much help. No topicals have been tried other than Sudafel (?) soap/lotion. Stress is up in her life as well.

Any suggestions on formulas that can be used safely with pregnant women?
