I see patients who are in acute conditions and couldn't wait to have prescriptions made up and fedexed to them a few days later. In NYC they can traipse down to Chinatown and get the prescriptions filled, although some of the mail-order herbs are higher quality. But if they are sick they don't want to do that. And not everyone lives in areas as well-provisioned as NY and California and the best way to provide patient care is to have herbs available. This way quality, compliance in filling prescriptions and availablility can be assured. Karen Vaughan Creation's Garden
