Guest guest
Hi, my book : " 300 questions on andrology " nan ke san bai wen adds a fourth category that your book forgot to mention that is " heart and spleen are empty and damaged " using renshenguipitang with renshen (I say drop it or use dang shen instead / as renshen will push fire into the upper body) baizhu huangqi (drop it or use taizishen / as huangqi warms and lifts, dont use with a red tongue tip) danggui (cold hands might be blood stasis, look for more bloodstasis signs to add maybe chuanxiong danshen niuxi) fuling (look for more dampness sign to maybe add yiyiren) yuanzhi (I translate it as: [fortify your] primary original will) zaoren (you could omit yuanzhi zaoren if he has no psychic ummm...damages) longyanrou (one of my favourite drugs, you could treat him using dazao/shengjiang/longyanrou only, works like a miracle) muxiang (maybe add more kinds of anti-qi-stagnation drugs?) gancao if additional heartyin defic. exists add shengmaisan draining qi-stagnation fire as in dan zhi xiaoyaowan adding only danshen and zhizi to the recipe might deal with the red tongue tip. Ask more questions on his psyche (anxiety, panicattacks, irritability, listlessness, loosing patience, anger that is not lived out...) The PE in above bianzheng is because of qi deficiency and slight qi stagnation. He literally cant control the flow of qi, as qi holds the thoughts, will, lust just as it holds the 'organs' and tissues in its places. Above recipe will make him cooler in his mind. Read about the (spleen+heart) to kidney relationship on how this attempt might work. Greetings Tay
Guest guest
Hi Tay, Thanks for the insight. I like the modifications too. However, there doesn't seem to be an emotional issue at play here. I get the feeling that he is disappointed for the sake of his wife more than anything. I'm familiar with the heart/spleen deficiency type which I would stick into the category of performance anxiety. -al. tayfx wrote: > > Hi, > my book : > " 300 questions on andrology " nan ke san bai wen > adds a fourth category that your book forgot > to mention that is > " heart and spleen are empty and damaged " > using renshenguipitang > with > renshen (I say drop it or use dang shen instead / as renshen will > push fire into the upper body) > baizhu > huangqi (drop it or use taizishen / as huangqi warms and lifts, dont > use with a red tongue tip) > danggui (cold hands might be blood stasis, look for more bloodstasis > signs to add maybe chuanxiong danshen niuxi) > fuling (look for more dampness sign to maybe add yiyiren) > yuanzhi (I translate it as: [fortify your] primary original will) > zaoren (you could omit yuanzhi zaoren if he has no psychic > ummm...damages) > longyanrou (one of my favourite drugs, you could treat him using > dazao/shengjiang/longyanrou only, works like a miracle) > muxiang (maybe add more kinds of anti-qi-stagnation drugs?) > gancao > if additional heartyin defic. exists > add shengmaisan > > draining qi-stagnation fire as in > dan zhi xiaoyaowan > adding only > danshen and zhizi > to the recipe might deal with the red tongue tip. > Ask more questions on his psyche (anxiety, panicattacks, > irritability, listlessness, loosing patience, anger that is not lived > out...) > > The PE in above bianzheng is because of qi deficiency and slight qi > stagnation. > He literally cant control the flow of qi, as qi holds the thoughts, > will, lust just as it holds the 'organs' and tissues in its places. > Above recipe will make him cooler in his mind. > Read about the (spleen+heart) to kidney relationship on how this > attempt might work. > > Greetings Tay > > Chinese Herbal Medicine, a voluntary organization of licensed healthcare practitioners, matriculated students and postgraduate academics specializing in Chinese Herbal Medicine, provides a variety of professional services, including board approved online continuing education. > > > >

He specifically says that these sweet, warm medicinals can clear heat from sinking qi. In fact, both gui pi tang and bu zhong yi qi tang are both indicated for heat effusion. My teacher used modified bu zhong to treat night sweats and hot flashes with the ren shen and huang qi left in. she was more concerned about bai zhu's drying nature in yin xu heat conditions. According to sionneau (and xu and wang), raw huang qi does not have much of an innate uplifiting effect, unless honey fried and combined with chai hu and sheng ma. the raw secures the exterior, promotes urination (a downward moving function), draws out toxins and generates flesh. If you are using raw hung qi or patents containing raw haung qi, you are not getting the uplifting effect inbu zhong yi qi tang. Add to that many companies uses guang dong sheng ma/Serrulata rather true sheng ma/cimicifuga. The former does not have qi lifting effects either. Without considering pao zhi, dui yao and correct herb sourcing, it is of no matter whether your dx and rx are right on paper. again, it is a mundane issue that often interferes with success. As for ren shen, while hong shen, especiallykorean, may cause rising fire, ren shen as bai shen does not, nor does xi yang shen.
