Guest guest
nothing about KPC or concentration ratios, but this sounds just like the info from the KPC product guide. The tablets are made from traditionally-processed concentrated herbal powders which have been prepared according to pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. The powders are blended and steamed to encourage synergy among the herbs. This ensures good digestibility and assimilation of the formulae. Each tablet contains 500 mg of concentrated herbal powder. The tableting process is such that it reduces the use of excipients to a minimum, thus increasing the bio-availability of the product. The factory producing the tablets operates to GMP standards and is licensed by the British Department of Health, thus ensuring the highest level of hygiene and quality control throughout the manufacturing process. All ingredients are tested for bio-burdens, pesticide residues, aflatoxins and heavy metals before and after manufacturing. Starting with concentrated herbal powders, these are blended and steamed in order to encourage synergy among the herbs. Quality control procedures include: * Testing tablets for disintegration using BP 1993 test methods. * Testing of all ingredients before manufacturing to ensure that the bio-burden, pesticide residues and heavy metals content are absent or within allowable limits. In addition, they are tested for absence of aflatoxins. * Each formula is carefully researched to determine the best procedure for tableting according to the unique qualities of individual herbs. * Throughout the manufacturing process, qualified technicians check and re check procedures to ensure that GMP standards are strictly adhered to. A certificate of GMP compliance is issued with every batch. All products have a minimum shelf life of 2 years and should be stored in a cool, dry place.
