Guest guest
Could anyone enlighten me about Prepared He Shou Wu as mention ed in Bob Flaws's article on CFS and taxation nue pattern.(if Bob could that would be great )He states that it is less "slimy and glossy than uncooked Polygonum and thus does not tend to aggravate dampness in the stomach and intestines." What is it prepared with? Has anyone used this in patients who are Spleen qi / yang deficient and blood deficient? I have always been looking for a nice juicy blood tonic to use on such patients which wouldn't aggravate the dampness already present.
