Us labs are a different story. The Swiss Government will accept US lab

reports. The problem with China is that they are not a PIC country (neither

is the US). The Swiss government accepts all data that come from a GMP (or

GLP in case of labs) certified facility as long as they are in a country

that belongs to PIC. An Australian GMP, for example, will do in China.

Taiwan, where most the granules come from, is also not a PIC country. One

other way of getting the reports accepted is the inspect the companies by

some regulatory authority. I know several European companies who have flown

their Regulatory Agency people to their Chinese company to get it certified.

Your post contained some really good information. However, it's the EU and

Swiss governmental agencies which will not accept the Chinese lab reports.

That's certainly different that what I was envisioning. I would be

surprised if the EU and Suisse Gov't would accept US lab results either. Do

you know?
