The symptoms you list and the sinisan

brings up the idea of bloos stasis.

 

You didnt mention and blood vacuity signs?

Is the pulse really weak or is it really deep and strong?

Complexion bloodless white?

 

What about the appearance of:

-vessels under the tongue

-red prickles =heat or stasis?

-vessel on the legs

-any stinging pains

-darkish complexion

-dry scaly skin

-blood clots in menses/dark blood

-scanty menses can be blood stasis, too

and other typical blood stasis signs?
