Guest guest
Cook's The Physiomedical Dispensatory is available online. This is a significant text in the development of the western physiomedical tradition. http://medherb.com/cook/home.htm In addition, there is a new article on the treatment of Arrhythmias and Palpitations I did in CJOM. It has some very interesting biomedical considerations for herbal management of these conditions. Will
Guest guest
Cook's materia medica section of his classic Physiomedical Dispenastory is available with a link on the home page of http://medherb.com. His introductory treatise on therapeutics, with an overview of herbal actions and vitalist therapeutic strategies is available through the following "back-door" link. His philosophical approach will be immedately recognizable to any TCM practitioner. (If you re-invent the wheel it will probably be round, right?) http://medherb.com/cook/Cook_Therapeutics.pdf Paul Bergner WMorris116 wrote: Cook's The Physiomedical Dispensatory is available online.
