Guest guest
Considering the disruptive debilitating effect of sleep apnea on sufferers and their family, I am completely grateful for getting what I asked for - resources. In no way does it seem opportunist for Bob to let me know what he has to offer in this area. Bob, or anyone, do you have any personal experience treating this successfully? Thanks, Sharon On 2/12/03 12:08 AM, " " wrote: > Sharon, > > Blue Poppy Institute will be publishing a sleep apnea Distance > Learning program in another few weeks. Guest guest
Sharon, In answer to your question, yes, I have seen one case accompanied by hypertension, depression/anxiety disorder, obesity, and diabetes. The sleep apnea was eliminated within a month with herbs and acupuncture based on pattern discrimination. The acupuncture was pretty straight forward Chinese acupuncture. That led to an eventual control of the hypertension which the woman is able to keep under control using an OTC Chinese ready-made medicine. With psychotherapy, hypnotism, and bodywork, eventually the patient was able to get off the antidepressants. The woman is still obese and is still working with diabetes, but the sleep apnea has not been a problem for a couple of years now.
