That always seemed a bit much to meand so I started to simply double the Hu Po. Like I say, the therapeuticresults have been okay.As for my Long Gu and Mu Li, I have extracts on those. The only otherpowdered herbs that I use are Xi Yang Shen and Chuan Bei Mu.
