AP Analgesia: Impractical for routine surgery?

Hi All,

 

I wrote: >>5/8 extractions were painless, but 3/8 (including the impacted

I can't explain it, but the most difficult [and painful] one was the impacted

wisdom-tooth, which was a long (c. 15-minute) difficult extraction. My dentist

told me that I was his only patient that had that kind of extraction without

general anaesthesia!
