forwarding it to me?

I was in a seminar over the weekend and was writing furiously in my best pin yin a list of herbs to avoid durning pregnancy. Please send any corrections to me... I may have mistyped a couple here and there and I'm not sure how a table will go through to the list. If anyone wants this as an excel file, let me know.

I was able to get the answer to my Ban Xia question - only the raw (Sheng) Ban Xia you have to be careful about... and how often do people use Sheng Ban Xia anyways? I've only seen 'Ban Xia' listed as contraindicated, but I had assumed it was talking about Fa Ban Xia since that's the one we always imply they mean when it's written in a formula. This is for informative use only - not an exhausted list, yadda yadda..
