Guest guest
Ed, further: some women lose weight quickly through nursing. Others hold onto 10 pounds. It's important to let both be NORMAL- not push weight loss. The fat that women put on their thighs is magically transformed into breast milk. W/ both my kids I lost weight fast: probably too fast ( not intentionally- I eat like a horse)- 5 months. My milk supply went down precipitously and from then on I lived on Wu ji Bai feng Wan and Brewers yeast until I weaned. It might have been kinder to my body- my yin, blood, jing- had I lost weight more slowly.
