Hello,

 

My name is Michael Falcone. I am a student in the MSTOM program at Pacific

College of Oriental Medicine nearing the end of my first year. I was made

aware of the existance of Chinese Herbal Medicine through my herbs professor,

.

 

In my studies, I am still learning about the individual herbs and have not

yet studied formulas or clinical uses. I am, however, extremely interested

in making TCM herbology a mainstay of both my studies, and hopefully my

future practice as well.

 

I am looking to Chinese Herbal Medicine to fortify my studies, give them

breadth and depth, and point me in the proper direction for making the most

of herbs in clinical practice. I would be overjoyed to be allowed to

observe the discussions within the Academy and to glean a true understanding

of what herbology can be in this day and age of health care.
