Guest guest
I have two patients whose chief complaint is fibromyalgia and have very different constitutional patterns. What is similar about both cases is that they have what I would describe as a net of small nodules over the muscles of their arms and legs. On one it feels like chicken skin and the other more like a net. It seems to me like it appears to be phlegm/blood stasis in the luo mai. They both also have decreased muscle tone in these muscles and describe their pain as burning. Has anyone else found a similar structural change in their fibromyalgia patients? IF so I would be very interested in your experiences. Rich Blitstein PCOM-Chicago
