Can you recall what your attitude, thoughts, and feelings were when you embarked on the study, particularly with respect to the language requirement? Don't get me wrong, I in no way advocate that students should be polled for their likes and dislikes as a matter of curriculum design. I believe that students do not know what they need to know, which is why they are students...i.e., to find out what they need to learn. So I do not ask this to encouarge the attitude that elements belong in or out of a curriculum based upon how popular they are with " the students " . But I just wonder if you were always so enthusiastic about the prereqs. Thanks, in advance for your answers. Ken
