One of those forces appears to be the NCCAOM. In their newsletter--

which everyone should have got by now--they offer an upgrade to the

Dipl. Ac. and Ch.H. It is a Dipl. OM, which demands more Western

classes and requirements.

 

After all, they have to compete with other creditial organizations

now.
