I believe that's brilliant! I tell my students that the point of being awake is to engage in joyful behavior and eat nourishing food, so you can do the heavy lifting at night. If you're happy by day, you get tonification by night. At least that's what balanced homeostasis in physiology tells me.

 

I appreciate your post very much. Where do you teach?
