Seizure Patient

Hi group,

 

Does anyone have any experience with this formula, " Arrest Seizure Pill " ? I

have a 46 year old patient

 

History: In his youth always had head pain at location of Annuerysm (1 year

ago)*on left side Gallbladder channel*, also bleeding from the ear, also

worked allot of hours and had cut back, about 6 months before his annuerysm.

After the anneurysm Doctors said he would never walk, talk or eat by himself

*again* Had seizure, for first time ~1 month post surgery, <left side of

skull has sunken in, and is getting approved for facial reconstruction>

anyways, his doctors have put him on a series of anti-seizures meds with

horrific side affects. Primarily, unbearable pain to the right side of

body. He has gone back to work full-time. He was on a heart med, which he

stopped taking, on his own, because his blood pressure has been in normal

range. He is tappering himself off of his Lamyctal, and told his Primary MD

that he was going off all the Western Meds and wants to do Chinese Herbs,

only. The doctor and nurse practitioner rolled their eyes and agreed

Chinese herbs werr better then nothing at all, along with a lecture that

there is no quality control and the side efffects are unknown. Soooooooo, I

just began him on Arrest Seizure Pill, pills made, according to Bensky.

 

Tongue: more paler, with white coat, some quivering, under side tongue

indicates blood stagnation accumulating

Pulse: Depressed in Liver, Kidney and Heart, thin and Xu, overall

Palp: Severa pain down the Ren Mai (like that since he could remember) and

pain in the liver region, also

 

Patient has re-occurring panic attacks with fear of having a seizure. He

has had 1 seizure in the 3 months we have been working together, and knew it

was going to happen... he applied heavy pressure to Du26, with Rescue Remedy

and was able to lay down, with a very shortened seizure time. This seizure

happened while he was on 2 anti-seizure meds Delantin (was decreasing) and

Lamyctal (was increasing). 1.5 months ago Gallbladder was removed due to

gallstones, as a result bowel movements are not consistant and varying from

very loose to very hard and diffcult.

 

Patient has extreme right sided leg pain, which has gone down to a 3 as the

delantin dosage decreased... then, came screaming as the Lamyctal increased.

Both these drugs are metabolized by the Liver & Kidney. Patient has a

constant feeling of dizzyness<#1 side affect of Lamyctal>, dry eyes, a

severe feeling of something stuck in his throat *plum pit Qi*, no energy

 

Dx. Liver Qi Stagnating with Liver Wind raising, Liver over acting on

Heart, Kidney Qi Xu, Generalized Qi and Blood X

 

My question is how long can this formula be taken? I am also working on a

second pill to address his root and to be taken long term.
