Guest guest
Thanks Zev, for posting " Phytoestrogen intake and endometrial cancer risk. " By the way, I also saw your name published in Medline for a piece about prostate cancer recently. Could you tell us a little more about that? Guest guest
I've followed it somewhat. From what I've seen however, the studies do not use prepared soy products such as miso, tofu or tempeh, but isolates from soybeans or soy milk. It appears that excessive amounts of soy can be harmful in non-fermented forms, partially because of its phytic acid content (which is largely eliminated in fermentation). Also, some people have more sensitivity to soy than others. On Monday, October 6, 2003, at 08:11 PM, Alon Marcus wrote: > " Phytoestrogen intake and > endometrial cancer risk.
